Terms & Conditions
The Basics
We provide catering services including but not limited to grazing tables, charcuterie boards, appetizers, and event catering (the "Services"). All Services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Bookings & Payments

A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm any booking.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

The balance must be paid in full by the due date specified in your invoice.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your order.
Cancellations & Refunds

Client cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit).

Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.

The Table reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, emergencies). In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Dietary Requirements & Allergies

It is the client’s responsibility to inform us in writing of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

The Company will not be held liable for any allergic reactions where such information was not properly communicated.
Food Handling & Display

Once food has been delivered, set up, or served, the client assumes responsibility for proper storage and safe consumption.

Leftovers are consumed at the client’s own risk.

The Company is not liable for illness, injury, or damages arising from improper handling of food after delivery.
Equipment & Rentals

Any equipment (e.g., serving boards, display stands) provided by The Table remains our property.

Clients are responsible for the care, safe use, and return of such items.

Lost or damaged items may result in additional charges.
